I always wonder about retards who say "I need to lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks" you say "umm.. no"... then they say "well, i know a friend that did it"... and the people who say "I hate life, it's not fair. why is losing weight so much harder than gaining weight!!!"...
first of all... it's not harder than gaining weight... actually, gaining weight could be harder sometimes... in most cases, it took your fat ass 3-5 years to gain an extra 50 lbs over your own body weight. How many friends do you have that were really thin back in high school... started gaining weight month by month during college (i'm talking like 1-2 lbs per month or so... something you wouldn't notice in a year period), and 5 years later, they look like a fat tub of lard???
the weight gain does not happen over night... it takes years... and guess what? WEIGHT LOSS HAPPENS MUCH FASTER THAN WEIGHT GAIN!!! If I asked you "how hard is it to lose 50 lbs in a 4 year span?"... you'd probably laugh and say "i can do this without even working hard for it or even dieting"... and then you look at the person and say "well, you gained 50 lbs in 7 years... and when i ask you about losing it in 4 years you say it's as easy as shit... why the hell do you complain about how hard it is to lose weight?"
out of every 100 people that you know who have tried fad diets, only 1 lost the weight and kept it off... that person is considered a statistical anomoly!!!! why do you base his/her results as the "norm that should happen"??
and then we have these celebrity diets and shit... look, what you read in a magazine about what a celebrity said they did to lose the weight or "look good"... total lie... and it's not even the celebrity that's commenting in that interview. If it's an interview on TV, and the celebrity says "i went on the special K diet", they are being paid by kellogs to say that. how fucking stupid can you be to believe what these numbskulls have to say? these people drink wheat grass for god's sake! WHEAT GRASS, PEOPLE! WHEAT FUCKING GRASS!
furthermore, please explain to me... i'm refering to the people who call me or email me asking general questions... why do you fucking ask me questions when:
1) you know what my answer will be
2) you just asked because you want to argue about how what you're doing is right, how you won't do what i tell you, and how you expect to repeat what you're doing with no results but miracelously get results because i said "fine, do what you want!"
As you all know, i give out general advice for free... so one of my friends calls me up and tells me his diet, which i told him was fucked up before, and tells me about his training, and i already told him he was overtraining. he told me that it's been 45 days since he'd seen any results... what should he do? I told him what he should change... then he argues and says "but the coach at the gym said not to change anything, and it will be too much if i do that.. blah blah blah..." in the end he said "well, do you think i should keep on doing what i'm doing?" ... i told him "yes, do it. don't change a thing. you should expect different results"... the dumbass didn't know that i was being sarcastic.
Have you been outside lately? I'm sorry, but i don't remember women looking like this... they have turned into big black blimps!!! what the fuck are they eating these days?
do you know what another name for a shit ton of fat all bunched up in one place without any muscle is? cellulites... rubbing horse semen on it won't get rid of it!!!! fucking sick and tired of reading about new lotions and therapy to get rid of cellulites. How do i explain anorexic looking people with cellulites on their ass and thighs? very low muscle mass and extremely high fat percentage. mostly due to fucking up on your diet when you lost all that weight and turned into paris hilton.
you know... some of my friends and clients don't get any results... is it because i'm a bad trainer? fuck no (well, modesty just went out the door here)... The walls have teeth, bitches! I know that a lot of them don't even do half of what i tell them. The 2 best clients i have are rashid and tarig. these guys will literally eat shit if i tell them to without even questioning me. their workouts are very hard and they actually give it their all. I have heard from people in various gyms that some of my clients workout for 90 minutes and don't even sweat. they do 45 mintues of supposedly high intensity cardio, and they don't sweat. and when i call them to ask about it, they say "i was pouring sweat man, it was so hard.. blah blah blah..."... and then they come and ask for an explanation about why they only lost 2 lbs in 4 weeks.
there will be a change of plans... i will not train 5 days a week, cuz the way i train, by monday i was overtrained. Yesterday and today, i feel like shit. no appetite, i can't sleep for shit, my body's emitting radiation... LOL... seriously, it's like a have a fever, but no fever... just heat... didn't take my chicken sandwiches with me today... just some whey and peanut butter... it's still sitting here in the office and i'ts almost 12... and i got a taste of what "normal" people who "don't waist their money on expensive bodybuilding food" go through. i bought some water, coffee, mango smoothie, a little cookie, cheese sandwich (yes, this is me when i'm not hungry)... and it all cost me 26 riyals... let's say i eat lunch for 15 riyals (the economy meal at the dinning hall) and i eat this crap everyday... so that's 41 riyals per day for lunch and a snack... 205 riyals per week for lunch and a snack... my whole grocery bill (for 3 solid meals per day, and other crap i need around the house) is less than 400 riyals per week. let's see, for a week i need:
4 packs of chicken breasts = 32 riyals
1 kilo cottage cheese = 15 riyals
6 liters of milk = 24 riyals
shit ton of bread = 10 riyals
3 dozen eggs = 42 riyals
jar of peanut butter = 12 riyals
1 box of flavored oats = 16 riyals
1 box of pop tarts = 11 riyals
for a whole week... shit costs me 162 riyals... add protein (costs 250 per tub, tub lasts a month, that's 4 weeks, that's 63 riyals), becomes 225 riyals per week... 225 riyals to eat 5-6 meals per day for 5 days... compare this to 205 riyals to each a shit snack and junk lunch 5 days per week... "oh, you're stupid, you spend all your money on stupid food"...
as i said, i will take a break from supplements, training, dieting... etc in ramadhan (september), October, and the first 2 weeks of november... i am 100% sure that i will go broke and lose half my money on food... and by food, i mean 2 junk meals per day and a snack here or there...
do you get my point?
anyway, will change my diet a bit... will be 3200 cals daily... 300 protein, 385 carbs, and 50 fat everyday... will cancel the chicken, add some whey instead (my brother got me a tub of protein for my birthday... so i guess i'll save up on not buying the ever so expensive chicken)... will train 3 days per week like when i started... and do cardio 5-7 times per week... 45 minutes of walking at around 3.5 mph...

I'm journaling about the SK challenge. I thought I'd give it a try 'till i get myself a decent diet plan. Yup, I'm a slow planner.

haha,I know.They are making a big fuss about it, esp in Dubai. from my 7 days trial-with lots of cheating in between- I felt that it does make your bowel move better and makes you feel lighter. It could be healthy "Rice and wheat flakes" and No, I'm not being paid by Kellogg's. It could be BS and I only felt better becuz I had lighter meals and becuz i went back to gym life. It was not a fair study on SK so I'm not making a judgment.

Again its a way of markiting the damn merchandise...a week ago I was flipping on the TV channels and I saw this thing on Dubai with the K diet and all that crap...they brought men and women with tight ass bodies and tried to fool everyone by saying this is whats gonna get you in shape!!!!
Screw that is all I say…its nothing but really hard work and real dieting that’s for sure.
To me, a meal without protein/carbs/fats represented in reasonable ratios is a total waste.

let's view this rationally. If i told you to substitute 2 of your 3 meals with a cereal and a meal replacement bar, and those 2 meals have 200-300 cals, and your old meals were a minimum of 1000 cals each... what do you think will happen?
common sense will tell you that you will lose weight. that's just wonderful... but tell me, with meals that are purely carbohydrates (they say the milk you add has protein... 4 grams of protein per meal is worthless... eating a cockroach would have more protein), do you think you will actually look better?
i don't care who you are... you want to lose "weight" to look better. you will never look better with that kind of diet and that kind of harsh deficit. I have explained this many times and i'm not in the mood to explain it anymore. sorry, you caught me at a bad time... i've been up to my ass with shit at work all week, so, no offence.
I will say one thing... If I win a contest after 10 years of hard work in dieting, training, and fucking everything else in life... calculating every last detail, every ounce, every milliliter... and be at 4% fat at 190 lbs or so...
If kellogs came to me after that and told me "here's a $50,000 contract... we'll take pictures of you jogging at the beach, lifting pink 5 lb weights, eating our special K bars, and you have to tour around cities and give presentation about how special K gave you the body of your dream in less than 2 months by just substituting 2 of your 3 meals with these bars... would you do it?"

hahah , the very same line I was going to emphasize on "They should be smarter than that" sounds like a cool documentary to watch & learn from. How long would it take a person who's BMI is 27 to build muscles and have the lady's body-if it's possible at all.

anything is possible... people who say it isn't possible are those who want an excuse to quite. BMI is nothing... I never understood how doctors could go by that crap. anyway, this question cannot be answered (how long?). it's long saying "how long would it take a sophomore in college to read a 300 page book?"
some could do it in a day... some in 5 days... some in 3 weeks... etc.
Whenever a client asks me "how long will it take?" i just ask them "do you want the truth, or do you just want me to make you feel better?"... if they say the truth, i'd say i don't have a clue, and anyone who gives you an answer other than that is pulling it out of his ass.
but just remember, it's hard fucking work and you'd probably have to sacrafice a lot of things in your life just to look like that (like bandar and i have)... some people want that body but aren't willing to do what it takes... to them, i say "forget about it"...
and just an FYI... i have a BMI of 32.1 :) ... i'm obese! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
