May 15th, thursday. day 21.... The end!
that's it... my waist hit 33 inches today, and my weight is 196 lbs... so, 14 lbs total, 1.8 inches total in 21 days. I would say, 9 lbs were water, 4 lbs were fat, and 1 lb was muscle... here are the progress pics...
as you can see here, more definition around the entire upper body, especially abs.
here, biceps and serratus have the most notable changes
This one, more ab definition, and generally thinner skin and more vascularity
lost a couple of lbs of fat off the lower back, and the triceps from the back seem to pop out more
here, same thing... you can see more seperation between the middle and lower back
that's all folks!!!
no more dieting til... well, til i'm fed up of being fat again... now it's time to get back to 210 lbs, and beyond!!!!!

That's pretty cool for just 21 days mate. Your back seems less thicker than before.
How often did you do cardio?
it's less thicker because it's a bit flat (no carbs) and i lost some fat from there. it's bound to look "smaller".
i've mentioned all the details of cardio, diet and training in previous posts :)

oh oh and I noticed another change that you havent mentioned...more facial hair...you look like a mexican amego with that mustache...all you need is the big round hat :p

and i'm working on buying a sombrero, if i could find one... or know how to spell it.
No I dont...havent shaved with razors for a while :p
but they were damn expinsive back then so I could imagine with the Saudi way of in-freakin-lation
