Since i'm bored out of my mind here (i still have work to do, but i don't want to do it... and no one can force me... cuz i already got my evaluation and i'm leaving in a month... big mistake on their part)... so, i've decided to drop by and post my diet... yes, i'm actually following a diet and i started saturday... as i said before, i'm going all out bulk here, and i don't care how much fat i gain as long as i get bigger and stronger... i'll worry about the fat later:
meal 1 (5:50 am)
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 slice low fat cheese, green peppers, onions, and tomatoes (omelet).. 12 ounces of vetal milk with 1 scoop whey isolate, 1 cup oats with 2 tbsp honey, and on the way to work i eat on of those big ass chinese apples (you know, yellow apple the size of a melon but tastes like a pear)...weird yet delicious chinese crap.
Meal 2 (9 pm)
since i have to eat cold food at work, i came up with my own dish that's actually quite tasty. 2 cups of white rice, 1/2 can of corn kernels, 100 grams cottage cheese (2%) mixed with lemon juice, salt, and a shredded chicken breast (cooked in oven with skin and bones, mixed with olive oil and apple cider vinegar to make it extra tender)... i mix those up til they form a cheesy chickeny paste and pour it over the rice and corn... yummy shit!
Meal 3 (1 pm)
same as meal 2
Meal 4 (3:30 pm)
on the way back home i drink 2 scoops of isolate mixed in water
sometimes before gym i take i scoop of whey with some cranberry juice... but i'm waiting to go to bahrain so i can buy some LBAs to take with the cranberry juice instead of the whey.
Post workout (usually 6 pm)
3 scoops whey isolate in 16 ounces vetal milk, and lots of crappy carbs that are available (saturday it was count chocula cereal, yesterday was a nutella sadwich, today... only god knows what's in store for me)
Meal 6
Cheese burger made with extra lean beef on a foreman grill with 2 slices white bread. i don't measure the beef, i just eat the amount i feel like eating... and a glass of milk
i would assume that's around 3500 cals with around 350 grams of protein... whenever i stop gaining weight, i'll add more crap to my post workout meal... something like mixing the whey with milk, ice cream and nutella and more carbs.... and if i stop gaining weight after that... i'll start eating some dbl cheeseburgers from Mc d's pre workout.
my training hasn't changed, but i cut out the cardio... will put it back in if i get too fat... my stomach is already pertruding like a son of a bitch, but whatever... my pants still fall of my ass if i don't wear a belt... that'll change soon... soon

shit bro! that must cost you a fortune!
actually, no...i buy 3 kilos of chicken breasts (at 17 riyals per kilo), 1 kilo of lean beef (24 riyals per kilo), a kilo of cottage cheese (15 riyals per kilo), and 3 kilos of chinese apples (4 riyals per kilo), and 2 kilos of rice (i don't know how much that is, but lets say it's 20), oh, and 2 cans of oats, and 1 large honey... and milk...
so it comes out to something like 170 riyals per week ($45)... most people i know spend that kind of money on lunch and dinner alone in one day.
the problem is... i'm still fucking hungry... i just ate my last meal (it's 8:30 now) and i'm still starving!!!!!!!
that's about 13kd.. not much at all! your cheesy chickeney mix sounds good. i'm gonna try it! good luck!
here's how you make is:
-get chicken breasts with the skin and bones on them and keep them outside on the kitchen counter or whatever to defrost.
-put the chicken breasts in a pyrex trey.
- for every 3 chicken breasts, use 1 cap-full of apple cider vinegar (about 1 tbsp), and 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, and pour it on the chicken.
-cover the chicken with whatever spices you like, and cook in the over at 300 F, for exactly 40 minutes.
- take the skin off the chicken, and pick the meat out from the bone and just tear it apart with your fingers.
-for every chicken breast, i use 100 grams of cottage cheese (2%) and leave it in a bowl. mix it up with a fork, and if the cheese is too rough, add some milk or laban (depends on wether you want it bland or a bit sour). mix it til you can't feel chunks of chicken and it become a homogenous mixture.
-add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and some salt and mix it some more.
- pour it on a bed of rice (depends on how much rice you want), and then pour some corn kernels on top of it.
enjoy ;)... i eat it cold and it's de-fucking-licious!!!
oh... forgot to mention... cover the pyrex trey up real tight with aluminum foil befor you put it in the oven
cheers fatboy! will let you know...
... had it for supper. didn't take me long to prepare. VERY, VERY TASTY! wife sends her compliments! thank you.
