Thursday

well, today's the day... yesterday at 4 pm mariam and i went to fudds. I ate a 1/3 lb hot rocks with wedges, a strawberry merinda, and a cookie... went to krispy kreme after that and got 2 dozen doughnuts... went to panda and got me a brownie royale from baskin robbins with peanut butter and chocolate ice cream and some hot fudge... ate two orders of nutella crepe also... went back home and started munching on doughnuts til i was too bloated to sit... we watched tv til midnight then fell asleep... woke up feeling like shit today at 10 am... dizzy and tired... looked at myself in the mirror, and i have to say that i look much better... even my wife told me that she'd never seen me like this before... weight was a little under 85 kg (maybe 84.9 or 84.8)... waist didn't change from yesterday... went and had another doughnut then headed to Mc D's and got me 2 dbl cheeseburgers, fries and a diet coke to sip on... ate all that crap... ate some brownies... i didn't eat til i was full... so i don't bloat... my stomach feels ok now... i'm heading out in an hour (2 pm), gonna munch on some brownies and donuts whenever i feel hungry until it blunts the hunger (and not bloat me)... after weigh in, i'll take in a couple of tablespoons of glycerine and start sipping on some gatoraid... i'll start pumping up whenever the first weight class is done with their thing....

well.... wish me luck...
