i'm 1 week out :(
Wednesday (continued)
went back home after leaving work late because my supervisor can't stop yappin'... on the way home i ate around 20 oreo cookies and a couple of sips out of a red bull. took some pictures and looked like crap... went to train back/bi/and calves... came back home then went to KFC got me a twister meal and a chocolate cake...

i know i know... i should be leaner, my left bi is much bigger than my right, i look like crap, my back looks like a claydough wreck, blah blah blah... whatever... 1 more week and i'm done with this crap... THEN IT'S FOOD TIME!!! NUM NUM NUM NUM!!!!!
thursday (today)
woke up, ate cereal (just a little), weighed in at 88 kg... took maryoomti to the dentis, and i just got back and decided to take a walk with mariam and ruffles...

thanks matt. But still, i'm no where near where i want to be... everything comes with time and consistency. i was not consistent at all last year, that's why i haven't changed much. but hopefully, i'll start next week, after the contest. 3-5 more years and i'll hopefully be where i want to be.
