The Perfect Body: Facts, Myths, and a Can of Tuna

Before i post pics... i just want to say that i could have never done any of this bodybuilding crap without the help and support of my wife, mariam. she used to wake up sometimes at 5 am just so she could cook my meals for me the same day so that they could be "fresh"... when i wake up and don't want to do cardio, she's there to remind me why i'm doing all this and gives me motivation. I don't know what i'd do without you, babe. :*

here are some pics my older brother (abdallah) took from the contest:

this is my brother, yes, i know, we look nothing alike... and although i look like i'm older, he's more than 3 years older than i am :)

Lookin' real good! Big change in the midsection compared to the pics from 1 week out.

thanks andy!
the change in the midsection is due to all the water i retain. I just take in too much sodium with the food i eat. the last week, i had to wash my food before cooking it just to get rid of as much sodium as possible, and it worked! sadly, in saudi, most products don't tell you how much sodium they contain. i once bought a can of canned chicken breast from the store, and the thing had 50 grams of protein, but it also had 1.5 grams of sodium!!! I'd have to drink 4 liters of water just to piss half of that out!!!

anyway, lean days are over :)... time to get fat and warm for the winter

Congratulations man.
You look absolutely great. I can't believe that your the same skinny guitarist I used to know :p
Its really shameful that anything other than soccer would not get any credit or media coverage in our country.
