My Diet
Well, since I’m as bored and as hungry as shit, I’ve decided to write down my diet I’m following at the moment. I won’t write ratios or calories or whatever, because that’s for me to know and you to find out.
5:45 am
1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 300 ml vetal milk (same as super milk… they just changed the name… I really don’t know why), 1 scoop ON 100% egg protein, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 glass grapefruit juice, 3 fish oil caps
9:00 am
150 grams lean beef, 1 slice fat free cheese, 130 grams of black beans (I love this stuff!!), 1 apple
12 noon
Same as previous meal
4:30 pm
30 grams liquid aminos, 1 apple, 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
6:00 pm (right after working out)
70 grams pure whey isolate in 400 ml cranberry juice, 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
8:00 pm
35 grams whey isolate in water, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 fish oil caps
I’m gonna keep adding food to this diet every time my weight and strength stall. Additions will be in the range of 100-300 calories.
As for my training… well… that’s none of your business =P … all I can say that it’s short, and intense. My record time in the gym is 18 minutes… But from what I see, I train with 100x more intensity than the rest of the people in there who spend 3 hours training and not gaining or losing shit.
What the hell is wrong with America?
Why the hell are they jumping on china like it’s the plague? Actually we all know why… but that’s not the point. It’s none of their business!!! If China produces dog food that poisons your dogs, tooth paste that’s mixed with anti-biotics, and anti-biotics that kill, DON’T FUCKING IMPORT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! OR GIVE THEM A DAMN WARNING!!! The US sent DEA and FDA officials to “help” the Chinese government with their quality control. Bullshit. The Chinese health official (or whatever the hell they call him) was sentenced to DEATH for accepting bribes and shit from manufacturers with poor quality control and unusable products to carry on their operations. When China sentences this guy to death, they mean business and they take shit seriously. Why the fuck does America have to stick its nose in their business? I guess it’s part of their “let’s make the world free of terror, and spread democracy” campaign, which is basically read “If you aren’t doing things our way, we’ll shut you down. If you have oil, we’ll invade your ass and try to take it. If you have weapons stronger than ours (read nuclear warheads or nuclear “power program”) we’ll gang up the whole world and the UN against you. If your country needs help and it needs us to “butt” in but you don’t have anything to offer… you can fuck off, and we’ll take you off the news.”
Beautiful Liar
I hate that song. And every time I turn on the radio I just want to smash it apart. When I saw the video clip, I was about to puke, seriously. But at the end of the video… man… I laughed so fucking hard I was about to puke… again! What the hell were they thinking putting the two largest asses on TV in one music video? The screen isn’t big enough for both their asses. But at the end of the video, when they were both slamming their asses on the wall… man… that’s just… look… if you want more people to watch, you don’t have to spend money on the music and video production, you don’t have to pay the retard who came up with those stupid lyrics, you don’t have to pay for the make up artists, dresses, all that crap. All you have to do is get beyonce and shakira in string bikinis, put’em in a small rubber kiddie pool, and let them wrestle… all you need is a $150 camcorder, and a $10 rubber pool… you’ll make millions out of it. And we don’t have to listen to all that crap they call music.
I now know that understanding nutrition is hard on some people
I remember back in college, they told me that if I don’t understand electricity, I should relate it to fluids, and vice versa. Well, I didn’t understand either of them so I almost flunked my electrical engineering course and my fluid mechanics course. I still don’t understand that crap, and probably never will. Some people have the same problem with nutrition. They just simply cannot understand it. No matter how much you simplify it, they don’t understand. I don’t blame them, really. But I just tell them that if they don’t understand, they should follow everything in the program to the T and not to improvise on anything. And that’s what they should do since they don’t understand how it works.
Bottom line: If you don’t and can’t understand nutrition, and you say that you eat “healthy” food, go stick your thumb up your ass and fuck off. Cuz I’m sick and tired of people telling me that they have “healthy” diets, or when I tell them that the problem is their diet they say “no no, I’m on a good diet, I know what I’m doing” and in the end they turn out to be eating pure shit (yes, even if it has fruits, vegetables, and whatever in it… it’s mostly shit… you can mix 10 ml of orange juice with 5 liters of cyanide… that doesn’t make it healthy because it has orange juice in it). I promise you that 150000% of the time, the problem is nutrition. Whether it’s in bodybuilding, or general health. I’m not directing this at a certain person, because yesterday I had a chat with someone and I just had enough… but this is directed to the general public who think bodybuilding is about steroids… STEROIDS WILL NOT FIX A FAULTY DIET!!! I’ve heard this more than I care to remember: “man, I eat a lot… and my diet is perfect… I’m not growing… I need to use steroids to grow… that’s what I heard.” And then after they’re done with the cycle and they only gained fat and nothing else they say “I used the wrong steroid… everyone said that this steroid doesn’t give you permanent gains…” Seriously, this is bullshit. Most of the people who say that are 6’ tall and weigh 150 lbs and don’t even look like they touched a weight in their lives. And then you have the fat people. It’s either one of two things “my diet is healthy… my mom said so… I’m not changing it… I’m just gonna do 5000 sit ups everyday… that’s what my nutritionist told me.” Or it’s “There’s no way I’m gonna exercise… I can’t… ummmmm… the doctor said it’s not good for my back or knees… I’m just gonna stop eating.” And they end up losing 20 lbs and everyone says “wow you lost weight”… 2 months later they’re up 40 lbs.
Seriously though, if you don’t know what you’re doing (99.9999% of the time), hire someone who does. No, I’m not telling you to hire me. I’m up to my ass already. But go hire someone who does. And when you do, LISTEN TO AND FOLLOW EVERY SINGLE WORD THEY SAY!!! If you question any of their orders, fucking ask why. if it doesn’t make sense to you, discuss it. If you’re into serious bodybuilding, I would advise you to go to Phil Hernon (on the long run, he charges less than I do. If you aren’t in Saudi, I’d advise you to hire him), or Gavin Kane (he has worked with many pros and his rates are reasonable). If you’re fat… just fucking exercise and try to cut down on the junk. I hate nutritionists because they don’t believe in starvation mode. They don’t care if you drop muscle or fat. The most important thing for them is that you drop weight. A trainer with a background in bodybuilding won’t care if you lose weight… he just wants you to look good and be healthy (most of the time… some of them are extreme and don’t give a shit about health). A friend of mine is getting great results with a nutritionist… I salute him for his efforts… but when you need to lose around 50 lbs of fat, and you drop your calories from 3000 to 1200 immediately… ok, you’ll drop about 15 lbs… but then what? Where are you gonna go from there? Phil and I discovered that if I drop more than 300 calories at a time, I’d start losing muscle fast. 300 cals!!! And these guys are dropping 1800 cals at once. I don’t need to explain what a drop like that would do. I think you already know.
For the really fat people (obese), just fucking exercise…
For the fat people, exercise and clean up your diet
For the slightly fat who want to “shape up” (god I hate that word), you need more work to do. Hire someone if you don’t know how.
For the skinny people (or skinny fat) who want to gain muscle, you need to start paying attention to your diet… know how much you eat… if you don’t gain muscle, either change the ratios (if you gained weight but it’s not muscle), or you up the cals. Simple.
To everyone who lifts weights… DON’T LIFT NO PUSSY ASS WEIGHTS!!! GO HEAVY OR GO HOME!!! AND THAT INCLUDES WOMEN!!!!

Speaking of the "beautiful liar" music video, it really sucks, I completely agree, I mean it's not even a good song. I don't know how it got to be one of the "top ten" songs! :S Are people deaf or what?!
Your diet seems tough, I don't know... I don't think I can eat that kinda stuff all day, even if I was a guy and into body-building. (I'm addicted to carbs lol)...
finally, it's about time someone says something to those obese-fat-skinny-normal people...
