This month's progress...
i'm either 8, 9, or more weeks out. i don't know the exact date of the contest, but it's on a thursday in moharram. the first thursday in moharram is in january, and that's 9 weeks away... so i don't know... anyway... my weight is fucking irrelavent... from week to week, yes, it goes down... i'm 192.5 lbs this morning... but when i measure it daily and at different times (without clothes on) it ranges from 189.5 lbs up to fucking 198 lbs... so fuck weight. waist is finally down... it was stable at 33.5 inches the first two weeks... third week it went up to 33.75 inches... now it's down to 33.25 inches... although the number is big, i'm down to my last notch on my belt, and i don't know what the fuck i'm gonna do to keep it from dragging off my ass...
as promised, here are some pics (you can go back to the first post in october to compare... the difference is pretty obvious ;D )








On another note... some of the pictures (like the back double bicep) make me look better than i really am... and some make me look worse (back lat spread)... so, yeah, i'm in between :)

oh yeh, also I bought this stuff called "wheybolic extreme 60", have you heard of it? It's quite good so far, been using it for about a week now and I notice results already.

wheybolic is just protein. see, this is where people think supplements are worth the "$45 for 16 servings". have you added it on top of your usual diet? if so, that means you added calories. and to be specific, protein. this means if you train correctly, you will gain a bit more muscle. you would get the same results if you added 60 grams of protein from eggs, chicken, or beef... but $45 for 16 serving? I usually spend $50 on a 5 lb tub of whey protein with 77 servings of 24 grams of protein. so, for $45 you can get 960 grams of protein, or spend $5 more and get 1850 grams of protein.
:) save your money.

I'll post them next time, but they're worse (size wise) than they were before. my hamstrings improved, but quads aren't. I was up to 495 lbs for 7 or 8 reps on squats, then i just said fuck it. i don't need a back injury or to blow out a knee for bigger quads. i'm just doing hack squats now on the machine with all the weight it can handle.. around 440 lbs. but that would equat to less than 300 lbs felt on squats (according to what i feel). so, yeah, don't expect much :)
