well... before i start talking about what i did today, i want to talk about the stupid thing i did yesterday. I was feeling so bad from being as flat as shit... so, stupid hamad decided to take some No-Xplode since i haven't tried it in a while... i remember it used to give me some good pumps, so i said... hey, wouldn't hurt... well, i took it at 9 pm, and after i drank it, i remembered that it had about 17 metric tons of caffein in it. I was dead tired, couldn't keep my eyes open, but i couldn't sleep for shit. i thought i was immune to caffeine by now... but noooooooooooo... anyway, had an awful night due to my stupidity.
anyway, woke up today and ate my eggs and protein, and took 2 caps of Burn AM and 30 mg ephedrine, and my multivitamin... had my second meal at around 12:30 pm... took another 2 caps of Burn AM with 30 mg ephedrine, and drank 2 scoops of No-Xplode. went to the gym at around 5:20 pm... workout was too fucking long due to the gym being so fucking crowded, and people who don't get intense workouts trying to start conversations and shit. the whole workout took me about 70 minutes... this is not including cardio... didn't even do my cardio cuz i was barely on my feet after i was done and had the "vomit" feeling. but the pump was out of this world. as in, it fucking hurt!!!! i could not complete some of my sets due to my shoulders or back being so pump, the range of motion was like 5%... here's how it went
warm up on decline bench (135 lbs, 2 sets)
225 lbs x 3 sets... 20 reps, 20 reps, 14 reps
incline flies/press (my hands are kinda diagonal... between a press and a fly) x 3 sets... 80 lb dumbbels for 15 reps, 60 lb dumbbells for 16 reps, 40 lb dumbbells for 12 reps (yes, my shoulders were fucked beyond belief... that's why i couldn't do more)
cable cross over... don't know how much the weight was but it was at 4 ... 20, 20,20
dips... 16 reps, 14 reps, 9 reps
chin ups... 20 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps
barbell rows, 185 lbs x 20, 185 lbs x 13, 135 lbs x 12 reps (back was destroyed here)
dumbbell bent over rows... 40 lb dumbbells... 18 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps
hyperextensions... 14 reps... 8 reps... 2 reps (i could not fucking move to save my life)
dumbbell seated military presses, 40 lb dumbbells x 20 reps, 35 lb dumbbells x 15 reps, 35 lbs dumbbells x 12 reps
seated lateral raises, 30 lb dumbbells x 18 reps, 25 lb dumbbells x 12 reps, 20 lb dumbbells x 8 reps (my shoulders wouldn't move... i told them to, but they won't listen)
bent over dumbbell raises, 20 lb dumbbells x 20 reps, 20 lb x 18 reps, 20 lb x 20 reps (turned on slipknot's "the blister exists" and got 20 :))
then i was like... fuck it, i'm going home... i think i would've been dead if i did cardio...
i will save the cardio after the workouts, and on wednesday morning for the second half of my dieting period...

oh, btw...
i'm having problems with my messenger... the son of bitch gives me an error every time i turn it on and gives me 2 options
1- ok and close
2- cancel and debug
but it just shuts down... tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't help... anyone have a solution??

Look for the error (eg. 80048820) and google it. Try the many solutions associated with the error code, atleast one should work.
ammm I have a better non-geeky, :p, solution...DONT USE THE STUPID YAHOO MESSEGNER!!!! I just hate it...even the pidgin stupid messenger is better.
Switch to msn if you take my word...I know your used to this one but the other one is way better in my opinion.
and since when did u change your way of workout to this one!!! no wonder 3thman was doing his workout a bit different...I thought he was not following your schedule

i have to use messenger, all my clients are there... if this shit doesn't work by thursday, i'll just switch to msn and send out emails.
and yes, i've changed othman's program... he sent me progress pics... the dude gets fucking shredded, FAST!!! 2 weeks in and he already has a striated christmas tree (for those who don't know what that is... it's when you have a thick lower back and about less than 0.00001 lbs of fat on it :) ...) i'd say he's at 6-7% right now, and i'm trying to bring him down to 3.5-4%
we'll see how that goes... he still has about 5 and a half weeks to go

OK turns out you are facing that problem due to a trojan infection.

Unfortunately I couldnt find you a removal tool which means you will have to manually delete the little fuckers that crept into your registry and started messing with your happiness.
