A pro bodybuilder has recently revealed the secret to being "pro size"... the secret is out ladies and gentlemen... and here it is

there it is... so, if you want to be huge, you can't do it in a year or two...
and for the "fitness" guys... you won't wake up after a week of training and finding out that your arms grew 10 inches... you aren't gonna get "too big" doing that shit you call "high rep burn" training and that pathetic excuse for a diet.
there you have it.
Sounds true. If I miss one week, it seems like I took a whole step back. Have to keep pushing it week by week.
ReplyDeleteThis is probably the only post by a pro that i actually believe. the rest of the pro bodybuilders lie more than politicians. bodybuilders are supposed to be the "epitomy of health"... most people don't know that a lot of them use meth and cocaine as their fat burners of choice...
ReplyDeletejust an example about how they lie, here's what a lot of pros said that only a schmuck would believe:
"i'm natural"
"the first day in the gym, i benched 315 lbs"
"i won my first contest after 1 year of training"
"i eat clean"
"my kidney failure was due to advil"
"Steroids gave me all the health problems i currently have (ooops, forgot to mention the cocaine, heroin, DNP, crack, pain killers, loads of prescription anti-depressants, and alcohol)"
I never believe what these pros say... but this one... this might be true.
