Planet Fitness

OH MY GOD!!!! how could they allow this place to even exist? there were some people that got offended when i made fun of fat people, but screw that! after knowing that there are gyms like these that are going mainstream and "everyone" is feeling more "comfortable" going to those places, i really don't regret ever making fun of fat people and i will continue to make fun of them and hopefully give them a hard time whenever i can. why? becuase, they are giving bodybuilders in general (no, not in general, but they are specifically targeting bodybuilders) a hard time and trying to keep them out of gyms. Planet fitness bought the "gold's gym" name, so now they're just a huge franchise that incourage fat people to get fatter, and try to keep everyone from becoming a lean, muscular, fit bodybuilder.
they have a huge drawing in the middle of the gym with a picture of a huge bodybuilder lifting weights, sweating, wearing a tank top and a bandana... he's in a huge circle with an "X" mark on him... as in, no bodybuilders.... their rules are:
NO GRUNTING
NO LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS
NO DROPPING WEIGHTS
NO WEARING BANDANAS
NO WEARING TANK TOPS
why?.... i'll tell you why... actually... i'll let managers from planet fitness tell you why...
"we want a gym where everyone feels comfortable in. having bodybuilders lifting heavy weights and grunting is annoying and makes other clients feel uncomfortable and brings their confidence down." ....
basically, this gym wants fat asses to get fatter... and no bodybuilders allowed because bodybuilders will know that their personal trainers are idiots, and the products they sell are overpriced shit.. so, they won't make any money off of them...
here's some feedback from a guy (bodybuilder) who tried to register with them after they opened near his office:
"I was happy to find out they were putting in a gym right near my office which I could get a discounted membership because we are in the same building. I went in to pre-register and I just wanted to ask some questions before I signed up. The girl told me before I barely opened my mouth that "This might not be the best gym for you." I asked why. She said they don't encourage BBers and powerlifters. I said what?!? Yeah, she said 80% of their clients are beginners or novices and they have a "no discomfort" policy. I said well the whole point was to get more fit, lift more weight, get bigger. She went on to say they have no squat racks, only smith machines. No leg press and the dumbells only go up to 80lbs! I asked how you would do deadlifts and she said they probably wouldn't want anyone doing deadlifts because you usually drop the weight and it makes noise and SCARES other people!!!What a disgrace. I've heard people talking about planet fitness but I thought they were unlucky. It's all true. It's really is totally a gym designed for pussies.
And what's with the heavy lifting making other feel uncormfortable????? Do you get uncomfortable when a guy in your gym lifts bigger weight than you? Hell no! That gets me ready to work.No grunting, no dropping weights, no tanks tops.I should have said "Well shit! Am I allowed to break a sweat?"Oh and here's the kicker: The girl I was speaking with was about as soft as a bag of wet hair. Now I'm not saying she was fat but I'm sure her ass had more dimples than a golf ball. Not trying to poke fun but her ass looked like a pillow that was stepped on by a football team with cleats. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind a full figured woman but I had trouble leaving that place. Not because I wanted to stay but because of her gravitational pull. Hell, she had her own weather system. And the other girl? I could have easily put her in my back pocket. Definitely a beans and rice type. The only thing getting a workout in that place is the line of krispy kreme vending machines."

here's the video of the guy (correction officer... big dude), who got kicked out because he was "grunting"... otherwise known as breathing heavily while squatting 500 lbs... look at the manager for god's sake!!! she should jump her fat ass on those treadmills for 7 years and shut the f*** up!!!
i'd really be ashamed to be a manager of a FITNESS CENTER if i were that fat...

  2. Planet fatness...
their meal plans probably look like this:
    meal 1
    egg mcmuffin (protein)
    chocolate sundae (good fats)
    hashbrowns (for carbs)

    Meal 2 (pre workout)
2 bags of skittles (for simple carbs... you need energy to workout on a treadmill going 2 miles per week)
8 hotdogs (you need your protein too)

    meal 3 (post workout shake)
2 large thick baskin robbins shakes
1 scoop nitrotech (must be bought from planet fitness, or it might be fake nitrotech protein)

    Meal 4
water... because it's bad to eat 15 hours before going to bed... if you feel hungry, eat some salted stix of butter and sprinkle some sugar on it... that'll take away any cravings you have

f***ing fat asses... jealousy is a bitch, isn't it? "ooohhh... we feel very uncomfortable whenever we see someone with a better body around... kick him out... i want ice cream... lets sue mcdonalds because they made us fat..."

this is really stupid. the big guys in the gyms set the standard, their physiques should motivate everyone. now the fatties will think they're fit compared to other fatties when they're actually still piles of shit.

i wonder what they are going to do with, lets say a loyal member of 3 years, who has gone beyond a beginner status, got fit. what, one day they gona tell him he can't train there anymore?

  4. a loyal member who'd spend 3 years there will end up looking either the same, or worse than when he started.
well, i guess in the end they'll start blaming carbs again for the "obesity problem" the world is facing...

  5. The way I see it, they don't really want people to get thin or built. They just want a bunch of fat jackasses to come part with their money to work out along side other fat jackasses. Why should they have to compare their obese asses to people who actually give a rats ass about how they look? God forbid they should actually be motivated and start to try to lose weight.
