    Great work BuSelmo. This is what we've all been waiting for. Hopefully, in the next edition you'll address the following two topics:

    1) Maintaining muscle mass and boy fat percentage in the long run.

    2) Gaining back muscle after Ramadhan, vacations, and similar circumstances.
