just ate my oats, whey protein, and peaches. i mix them all in a big bowl and just add hot water and mix it up. a guy at work saw the way it looked, he almost puked. it looks disgusting, but it tastes reeeeeaaaaaaalllllll gooooooooood!!!!
oh, yeah, cardio was a b**** today. i'm using Methasterone to help preserve muscle mass and add a bit of hardness (yes, it's a prohormone if you're wondering). That stuff dries you up like crazy, not only muscles, but joints too! s***, i felt like the tin man when i was jogging. i added some glucosamine, chondroitine, and MSM to help with the joints. it'll need atleast a week to kick in :(
