Update
I'm still fat... and I only lost 1/2 lb in the past week. i need to drop atleast 6 lbs to make the 90 kg class.
anyway... diet is progressing now. taking out some fats and adding in a bit more cardio after training.
sorry for not posting pics... but is still fat.
