Another update
Well, turns out i'm a retard... i should be 7 weeks out, but i'm actually 9 weeks out. so, my retardation helps a bit. I'm not as lean as i was last year at 8 weeks out, but i'm getting there.
as you might have known, i've decided not to go ahead with shelby's diet due to some problems, and i've decided to go back to my old diet. funny... within 4 days i look much bigger and a bit leaner...
anyway, my strength and energy levels are way up, and so is my metabolism. i'm currently at 201 lbs and i'll probably be at the low side of the heavyweights or the lightheavys if i'm lucky enough to drop the weight.
I could write down my diet and training program right now, but i'm absolutely positive that a lot of idiots will try to follow it. remember, this is all based on my experience and knowing how my body works... I've figured out once and for all that no one could ever show me the path to better results except for myself because i know how i feel and i know how i react to shit. This is mainly true because i've tried the advice of 5 other trainers... and in ALL 5 cases, i looked like shit. the 2 times i did my own prep, i looked my best (and most of the followers around here would concur).
I won't tell you my diet, but i'll tell you my plan... (and it's a good thing i write that shit here cuz it serves as my reference. I always lose all my papers and plans and shit and just come back here to remember what i did)...
this week I decreased my cardio to 30 minutes every morning (except thursday) but upped the intensity (2.5 mph at 15% incline)
in 2 weeks I will up the cardio to 40 minutes daily, and start my fat burners.
2 weeks after that i will drop the carbs i have on monday and just keep the cheat meal at night, and add 10 minutes of cardio after my workout.
2 weeks after that i'll double up the fat burners
by that time i'll hopefully be very lean... after the first contest, i'll cut around 20 grams of fat off the daily intake and add 10 minutes of cardio to my evening session...
and if that doesn't cut it in 2 weeks, i'll drop the cheat meal on monday.
currently, these are the only exercises i'm doing... i probably won't change them til i'm done with the season or whenever i feel like quitting.
incline dumbbell press
seated dumbbell military press
close grip bench press
medium grip lat pull down
some weird seated dumbbell row exercise i made up that actually hits my middle back
dumbbell curls
squats
dumbbell lunges
leg extensions (fuck my knees)
abductor
ass rape position leg curls (weird ass machine at the gym that seems like you're about to get raped... no laying down, not seated... i guess ass raped is the closest position to describe it)
stiff legged deadlifts
the calf exercises i taught bandar and rashid how to do :P ...
that's it... nothing else
