update.... kind of

Well, it's been a long ass time since i've actually put any effort into training... I'll start training today and I'll start my prep next week.

I've contacted shelby (thanks for the help, Gugu) and we came up with a prelimenary plan and it looks interesting. Lots of food, i'll tell ya that!

On September 24th, i will be 10 weeks out of my first contest of the season (if the assholes don't change the dates like they do every fucking year). I don't expect some miracle magical formula from shelby that will get me to -2.0% fat in 10 weeks... I just want to look "presentable" on my first contest. i've discussed with shelby that I want to look my best during 16 weeks of prep (that's how long the fees cover). So, I won't rush into this and hopefully i won't lose any muscle mass.

and just incase you're wondering... yes, i look like total shit now and i'm severely constipated.
