Update...
you're gonna hear this word a lot now that my plans are fucked up...
i though that i was gonna have some time to bulk up and then cut for 12 weeks before the contest season... but i got a call as soon as i came back from malaysia (2 days ago) from the coach and he said that the season is gonna start on the 17th of december... so basically i'm fucked this year... i'm gonna have to regain some size in the next 5 weeks, so i'll train and eat like fuck in ramadhan. not gonna diet or anything but i'll just make sure protein and total calories are high and i'll train heavy. i already look a lot smaller from not training for the past 15 days and eating like shit... oh yeah, and walking for like 6-8 hours every damn day in malaysia. so, i won't do what i did last year in trying to gain muscle and burn fat... that shit took 22 weeks to accomplish and i don't have that kind of time. so i'll just get up to 97-98 kg hopefully, then cut down to 85 kg for the contests.
i'll be working with Shelby this year, and i'm planning to get on stage fucking shredded. I just saw pics of his last contest 2 days ago and the guy was peeled beyond fucking peeled. I would post a picture but i'd have to get his approval first.
anyway... wish me luck on dem shits cuz the diet is gonna be hell.

yes, it is wearing me out... I can't do shit this month... i just got back to work and it's even worse.. probably worked out 4 times or less in the past month...

Yo Hamad! How much can ya bench? I know it's a stupid question but, being a Guido meathead from New York, I am genetically programmed to be obsessed with the Bench Press. What was that Hamad? I'm sorry, I have no idea what a squat or deadlift is. I told you, I'm a meathead.
Now I have to hurry off and do my arms-n-chest workout, which I perform dutifully 5 days a week. Gotta save saturdays and sundays for the Guidettes at the Jersey Shore, you see what I'm sayin?
