Ok, I’m bored and it’s time to write some shit. Reason why I haven’t been writing a lot lately was that my supervisor took a vacation, and one of the lead engineers took his place. Best 2 weeks of my assignment, man. I got to do a lot of work and time passed by real quickly. Now the dude’s back… so, I don’t have much to do anymore… anyway… yeah…
Eid = Death
From 10 am until 1 pm on the day of eid… I saw fucking 4 accidents. 5 days before eid until 2 days after eid…. I probably saw a total 10 accidents. 2 of them were fatal (blood all over the street and shit)… There is a correlation between accidents and people coming in from Riyadh (horny monkeys mostly)… they are directly proportional. More people coming in from Riyadh, more fatal accidents. Driving on those days close to eid were horrible. I cannot explain it in words… really… just horrible… kinda like mixing diarrhea with Tabasco then putting it in your eyes… that kind of horrible.
Car prices
Are not going down around here… and they probably won’t. you know why? Cuz a lot of retards out there who have a shitload of money are still buying. Hell, a lot of retards who DON’T HAVE MONEY are still buying. If I were a car dealer, fuck it… I’d actually raise prices and say “recession? What the hell are you talking about!? GM going bankrupt? That’s in America, not here. We’re raising prices because our new cars are specially designed to make you burn fat while you’re driving/talking on the cell phone/and picking your nose at the same time.” We have no consumer protection agency… hell, even if we did, they wouldn’t make a difference with the corruption we’re seeing these days. They’d probably get paid off to tell the consumer to fuck off. We are the only ones who can tell them to stick it, and not buy shit til they have no option but to sell at a lower price. But we won’t do that.

I would not be surprised if the final pictures get photoshopped or whatever… the commercial would probably say “she used RevXP for 6 weeks and lost 20 lbs of pure fat”
Don’t believe everything you read… oh, and for those who don’t have a clue… T3 is thyroid hormone and Var is short for ‘anavar’ (Oxandrolone) a mild anabolic steroid used by female fitness competitors.

Based on my old diet, I quickly put this together to make it a bit tighter. Fat loss aids - Clen, T3, Var, RevXp (the product I am endorsing) and maybe a diuretic for the last few days to get rid of any excess water.Vits and Min - Multi vitamin and mineral supplement, taurine, potassium, Vit C (lots of it for you Johan!)Excercise - E cardio daily, second workout of iether cardio again or Bikram Yoga (done in 105 degree room) plus light maintenance weights 3-4 times a week
Diet - No cheat days or cheat meals allowed!Heres the diet:
Approx 1100 Calories, 131g Protein/55g Carbs/32g Fat
7:00 – 8:00am – 60 minutes of cardio (elliptical) followed by steam room
9:00am - Meal 1 (Pro/Carbs – This is 60 minutes after morning cardio)
8 Scrambled Egg Whites with 1 Tbsp vinegar, ½ cup cooked oats
244 Cal, 29 Pro, 21 Carb
12:00pm - Meal 2 (Pro/Fat)1 can of tuna with 1 Tbsp olive oil and lemon juice, green veggies.
242 Cal, 25 Pro, 17 Fat
3:00pm - Meal 3 (Pro/Fat)Protein shake with 1 scoop protein isolate mixed in crystal light, ½ TbspUdo’s oil
153 Cal, 23g Pro, 7g Fat
5:00 pm – 30 minutes of weights (for maintenance only) followed by second 45 minute cardio session OR Hot Yoga
7:00pm – Meal 4 (Pro/Carbs)6 oz Chicken Breast or White Fish and ½ cup brown rice (or sweet potatoe) with broccoli or other green veg.
290 Cal, 31g Pro, 34 Carb, 1g fat
9:30pm – Meal 5 (Pro/Fat)Protein shake with 1 scoop protein isolate mixed in crystal light, ½ TbspUdo’s oil

I approve every word here...so for your safety you should stay home during vacations where those retards come to Shrqyah...
Saudis are generally dirty when it comes to public places...100% no respect for keeping the damn place clean...we have a damn nice new korneesh at Dammam...I swear if you walk by now on the grass you wont find 1 meter without seeing trash on it...fe9fe9 is all over the damn place :S...WHOEVER, I realized that we were actually clean when "horny monkeys" invated the place during on of their vacations...I was like DAMN we were actually clean!!! truth is...screw both sides...I wish death to those who doesnt respect the public places because there is no justification for that act!!!!
oh and car prices...you say they should actually raise them!!! guess what bro!! Honda already did and when you walk in there they hand you a flyer saying its going to increase even more in the near future...LOL with a damn straight face...this is from the mouth of one of my friends who just paid them a visit!!!
Seriously why would they drop prices if you are still buying!!
