Update
Well, i'm two weeks out right now, and surprisingly i'm getting leaner. man, this diet is so messed up, yet the results are great!!! here's what i did last week:
trained 5 days per week, low volume.... friday, saturday, sunday, and monday til after training i ate around 1500-2000 calories of protein and fat (same thing, shakes with olive oil, eggs, or steak), did cardio twice a day at 50 minutes in the morning (power walking only), and 30 minutes after training (power walk)... i only walk instead of jogging because my legs basically turned into shit. they were smaller and although they were leaner, they had no seperation whatsoever. a couple of days after easing up on the cardio, they got much bigger and today (friday) they're starting to seperate a bit.
After training on monday, went down to KFC and got me some chicken!!! yeah buddy... ate a couple of buns of bread, large fry, 6 or 7 pieces of chicken, and 2 cookies... went to bed, woke up next morning looking better, ate some junk basically (to me it's junk, other people call it a healthy lunch... you know, cheese sandwiches, pastries, rice and chicken... etc). went to train on tuesday and took some pictures... after training ate some more carbs... wednesday the same... thursday i was so busy i didn't have time to eat and eneded up eating a waffle for breakfast, and a burger at a friends house and that was basically it... today my waist is still at 33 inches, but if i get rid of what's inside there with some more fiber, that's an easy 1/4 inch down. anyway, i know i need to be leaner, but hey, i'm doing the worst i can here :)
Here's the plan for the last 2 weeks
i will train "depletion" style with high volume and a high rep range just to deplete the muscle of glycogen... saturday and sunday on a 2 day split... i'll do cardio twice a day in the morning 50 minutes and after training 50 minutes... just power walking nothing serious. double the dose on the fat burners (ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin with some yohimbine hcl), eat around 1500 calories of protein and fat... on tuesday i'll train to load the muscle, doing cardio in the morning, and no cardio after training... low volume, full body workout. after that i'll eat around 200-300 grams of simple sugars immediately after training (most likely some cereal or something) and on wednesday eat some more carbs (half simple, half complex) and cheat on thursday, then repeat for the next week stopping my workout on monday morning and resting til the contest.
