Update
I'm 2 days out right now... 85 kg in the morning... although i'm as flat as hell (no carb since last thursday and i did a depletion workout on saturday) but i'm the leanest i've ever been in my life. bottom abs are showing nicely (not ripped, but leaner than i was before)... the only problem is that little (as my wife would call it) "bluq bluq" of fat in my lower back. my arms feel like spaghetti strings... the muscle is just so flat but i can still see the fibers moving around in the biceps and striations in my delts.
pissing like a race horse right now... 2-2.5 gallons of water a day... i cut out all extra sodium in my food and replaced the protein shakes with chicken breasts (washing them before cooking to get rid of all the sodium)...
tomorrow (wednesday) i'm gonna start my shitload at 4 pm... by that time i'll stop drinking excessive water and just drink some diet coke and water whenever i feel thirsty. i'll take pictures of what i'll be eating on wednesday and thursday and post them up after the contest.
