Little tip:

to reach your goal with less effort and more time is much better than reaching your goal with less time and more effort.

A little recipe that kicks ass:

well, i can't tell you my ratios cuz i'm an ass hole, but if you know the macronutrient content you can figure it out. anyway, this is a healthy chili recipe that works extremely well for bodybuilding purposes (especially losing fat)

Ingredients:
1 kilogram of extra lean beef
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder (the original recipe called for 4 tablespoons... i tried 1.5 tbsp and almost died... shits spicy as hell)
1 teaspoon salt
a dash of pepper
1 tbsp paprika
4 cups campbell's tomato juice
450 grams beans (i use baked beans... you can use anything you like)

Instructions:
cook the ground beef on a skillet (with no oil) until brown (med hi-hi heat), put the beef in a sieve and rinse it off (this gets rid of a lot of unwanted fat), return in the skillet and add the paprika, chili powder, pepper and salt... chop the onion and saute it without oil in another large pot. when the onions are golden in color, add the beef to it... cook on med hi heat for 1 minute, then add the beans, green pepper and tomato juice.... stir until you have a homogenous mixture ... turn the heat to hi until the tomato juice boils... bring it back down to med-hi to med heat and stir every five minutes until you get the thickness you desire (for me it's usually 45 minutes to an hour)...

this will make around 4 servings, each serving is 500 calories (give or take)

It doesn't give you the shits... but i'm trying to figure out if it's the eggs or the chili that's making my farts smell like someone opened a manhole. hehehehe... when my wife's not around, a sometimes rip one out and the dog looks at me, jumps on the couch and starts sniffing my ass... I love that dumb mutt

and it doesn't make you lose fat... it just has a great ratio of macronutrients for those who are carb sensitive. it's moderate in fat, low in carbs, and very high in complete protein... beats the shit outta tuna and rice
