hmmm... weird... i guess perseverance, strong will, hard work, trying to fix up your body, and being strict also mean "muscle dysmorphia".... i love this...


What are the signs and symptoms of muscle dysmorphia?

In attempting to fix their perceived small build, muscle dysmorphics compulsively lift weights, do resistance training, and exercise.

hey hamad , hows it goin?
i need some advice on how much protien i should take, what kind and wether i should take anything to go with it. im 19 years old, 180cm tall and i weigh 64kg. ive been body building for just over 18 months now with a huge improvement in my performance with heavy weights but little improvement in my body shape.
i would be greatful if you would reply with the details i need for a better diet.

well... the difference is that dysmorphia is compulsive, whereas you seem disciplined... major difference
