a friend asked me for a fat burner last night. the guy went to the gym for like a week or something. i don't know what the hell is wrong with some people. it's like buying a brand new car, and taking it to the 30,000 mile check up the next day. do yourself a favor. don't use a fat burner til:
1- you've completed atleast 6 weeks of consistent fat burning training and dieting
2- you've got all 6 meals in check and you eat them on time
3- know what the active ingredient in a fat burner is
just to make things easier, if ephedrine isn't one of those ingredients, you're better off rubbing yourself with jello.
