You want the truth? YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!

As I was laying half dead on the couch, with a 10 billion degree fever, feeling like there were pins getting slowly pushed into my joints… I couldn’t help but take an interest into what I was hearing on the TV.
It was the Tyra show and the episode was about weight loss. I had my face away from the tv and was just listening to what was being said. “ever since Alana lost all that weight, she’s been acting like she’s better than everyone else. She even asks us to call her ‘the lovely’ Alana. How ridiculous is that? I mean, when she was fat, she used to be fun and would not fight for attention, but now that she’s competing with all the skinny girls in the club, she becoming loud and just wants to be in the spot light.”
At first, I thought I was hallucinating from the fever. Ruffles looked at me, then assured me that I was ok and it was really happening on TV. So I turn… I see a skinny black chick on the left, a fat tub of lard right next to her, and a huge tub of lard on the far right. So I’m saying “great, fat bitch turned anorexic and now she thinks she actually looks good. She’s as ugly as fucking hell!”… to my surprise, “the lovely Alana” wasn’t the anorexic stick figure on the left. She was the fattest tub of lard on the right. She went from 320 lbs to 200 lbs after a gastric bypass surgery. WTF? She was a fucking whale, and now she’s a walrus. That’s not something to be proud of. The problem is, this happens with almost everyone who was super fat and fugly, lost a ton of weight and now is just really fat and fugly but they think they have turned into “Sexy McSexappeal”. The theory of relativity holds true in some cases, but this is taking it too fucking far.
And guess what? They had a weight loss expert on the show. Yeah… her name was Jackie Guerra… WHAT THE FUCK!!! Same shit… fat bitch who almost died because she couldn’t keep her blowjob hole shut and went up to 360 lbs or so… then did a gastric bypass surgery and COULDN’T eat like she used to (I said couldn’t… not wouldn’t… cuz if she had her stomach back, she’d hit 400 lbs) and went down to 170 or 180 lbs… I don’t remember but she’s still fat with seventeen chins. She now looks like that caterpillar from Alice in wonderland. This is the “weight loss expert”? Let me get this straight… if I had a quadruple bypass surgery on my heart, would that make me a cardiovascular health expert? If my dad died, and I inherited 500 million dollars, would that make me a world economy and finance expert?
The problem is, people are too stupid to realize that. “ohhhhhhhhhh she lost 100 lbs?!!! she must look GORGEOUS!!!”… are you fucking retarded?
And really, the clear cut sign of people’s stupidity is when they say “I only want to lose 20 lbs” or shit like that.
On another segment of the show, they showed someone (who also had gastric bypass) and she lost a lot of weight and ended up with a lot of “loose skin” (I don’t care what any doctor says, loose skin is a myth. Having an inch or two of loose skin is one thing, but saying that you have 15 feet of loose skin removed? You are fucking retarded and delusional). The girl looked anorexic… and she had a ton of fat… ehm… loose skin on her. She started crying when she said “I’m ashamed to show my body. My ex-boyfriend left me because of my body and he sent me pictures of his ex-girlfriends and said ‘this is how a real woman looks like’… waaaaaaaaa… waaaaaa” and Tyra said “he said that because HE’S SICK!!1 HE’S A SICK SICK MAN!!!” and all the crowd started cheering and clapping … wooohooo… .yaaaaayyy!!! tyra saved the day by saying that the man was sick!!1 yaaaayayyy!!!!.....

Ummm… no!... fact of the matter is. That man wasn’t sick. That woman was fugly. She lost all the muscle and extra organ weight she had on her body and lost close to no fat because of her retarded choice of not listening to common sense, and instead listening to doctors who want to make a quick buck. The man was truthful. That’s all. He was rude, but truthful. NO MAN WANTS TO BE WITH A WOMAN THAT LOOKS LIKE JABA THE HUT!!!

Anyway, yesterday when I went out to smoke, I was sitting next to someone I know and he immediately started a conversation of “you know, last week I got sick, and I lost 9 lbs! in one week! That’s so awesome, right?... right?” so I asked “why is that so good?”… he just kept going on and said “well, losing 9 lbs of fat in one week without doing anything, that’s great! I don’t know how I did it… blah blah blah” like he’s waiting for my approval or for me to praise him. So, I just turned into the usual asshole I turn into when someone ticks me off and said “have you ever seen a bottle of olive oil?” he said “yeah?” I said “that bottle has 750 ml in it… that’s a little less than 750 grams, but for fucks sake let’s say it’s 750 grams. So, you are telling me that you think you lost an equivalent of 6 bottles of olive oil as fat from your body? Let me tell you something, if you haven’t been bragging about how you lost 9 lbs, I’d say you actually gained weight from the way you look. You were sick, you got dehydrated and you lost water. Next week you are going to ask me to explain how you gained 9 lbs in a week.” … you know what he said? He said: “oh….” And he shut the fuck up.

The truth of the matter

When we talk about good looks, a nice body… etc. there is nothing called “relative to”. You either look good or you don’t. if someone says “holy shit! You look a lot better than you did before! Wow! Good job!” what they really mean to say is “you are still fucking ugly. You look like shit. Yes, less of a shit than you were, but you still look like shit. Keep it up, you’re making me look good!”…
The face… you can always do things to your face to look better. I said better…. Please review what I said two sentences ago. If you’re ugly, you’ll still be ugly even if you fix yourself up. You can’t look in the mirror after getting a nice haircut, a nice goatee, trimmed whatever, get rid of zits and acne and say “wow, I look a lot better!” then go to a club and expect every woman who didn’t know how you looked like in the first place walk up to you and say “YOU SEXY!!! PLEASE PUT IT UP MY BUTT!”… no! most likely, instead of vomiting when they saw the old you, they’d probably just say “ekh” when they see the new you. Same shit goes for “weight loss” or weight gain. It’s always you’re either “ugly(er)” or “less ugly”… because you can’t look good by changing a number on a scale. You have to know how to change what’s in the mirror.

Any man who gains atleast 30 lbs of new muscle on his body and goes down to 5% will be a pussy magnet even if he has the ugliest face ever seen.
Any woman who gain 10-15 lbs of new muscle and goes down to 12% fat will have men under her feet doing whatever she wants them to do. Even if she looks like a damn koala.

Why YOU will never achieve a good body

Again, I say a good body… as in when a stranger looks at you and says “that’s a kick ass body!” … not when your best friend who would never ever say anything to hurt you says “wow, you look… ummm… great! Yeah… so, you lost how much? Wow, 3 lbs… so, now you’re down to what? 362 lbs? wow… you look amazing… way to go!”
The secret to achieving it is… you have to love to do it. that’s it. it’s not the food, it’s not the training. It’s not the steroids. You have to love it. you have to have a passion for it.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I know people who have been working out for 10+ years because they love working out, and they still look like shit. After you establish the love, you have to understand your body. You have to figure out what to eat, when to eat it, how much of it to eat. Again, don’t get me wrong. After you build a solid base of muscle (which most of my clients haven’t even done, cuz it takes about 3-4 years of solid training) you can eat junk all the time and get the results you want IF YOU UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR BODY FUNCTIONS!!! I am 1 year away from proving that the bodybuilding lifestyle crap is bullshit after you build a solid foundation of muscle and you understand how your body responds to shit. I can give you an example right now, but my experiment isn’t complete. You can get to sub 5% fat without losing much muscle, eating big macs every now and then… what’s the catch? The shit takes more time. Anyway, that’s another issue I will talk about in a couple of months in detail.

I will say it again for the frillionth time! If you don’t give a shit about how ugly your body is, you don’t complain, you don’t want to do anything about it, and you are fine with it all… GOOD FOR YOU!!! Really, I envy your fat ugly ass.

If you are a fat ass fuck who looks like a metric ton of pizza dough, basically a huge cellulite with a little bit of facial features, and you complain about how ugly you are and how you “need to lose 20 lbs to achieve your perfect weight” and all that crap… and the only shit you are willing to try is drinking fucking chow mung fung lung sing balooga tea that was advertised on yahoo to get to your “ideal weight”, and when you fail miserably and look even worse than you did before and start crying and complaining even more about how god hates and made you look like a solidified piece of vomit and then try some more ridiculous apple cider rabbit semen to lose fat from the lower left quadrant of your buttcheek and fail miserably again…. Then when I tell you it’ll take you atleast 2 years to just undo the damage bestowed upon your body by your retardation, and another 2 years to make you look remotely good you say “but my friend got these pills from Lebanon and in 2 days she lost 7 gagillion lbs of fat and got a bikini modeling contract. So, you’re wrong. And my imaginary friend did the right thing”… and you waste 4 more years on worthless crap and crying endlessly at night because no one wants to look a that abomination called a “body”, what do you do? You watch fucking Oprah, Dr. Phil, and the Tyra show and truly believe that your “inner beauty will reflect on your body” and you start wearing obscene clothing that makes you look like a year’s supply of cottage cheese in a small plastic bag and say to yourself “I’M SEXY!!!” you will be laughed at and ridiculed. Sooner or later, you will wake up. You will be depressed. and you won’t know what to do. These are the people I have a problem with. Because they won’t leave me the fuck alone. They will bombard me with their stupid myths and all the “but the doctor said” crap and when I tell them they are stupid for believing that, they think I’m rude! They give me a fucking headache. You know when you just want to sit alone, smoke a cigarette and drink you goddamn fucking coffee in peace? These are the fuckers (be it male or female) that will ruin the shit for you. I remember this whale of a woman was actually telling me how she is doing a good job and what not in exercising and crap. I was smoking my cigarette, drinking my coffee, and said “good for you”… then she started asking for advice… and asked me if there is anything more she can do to lose weight other than “getting out of the sauna and dip in an ice cold pool”. I said “yeah, balance your carbs proteins and fats…” I just didn’t want to talk… she asked “fat? Like what?” I said “peanut butter”… she immediately jumped up and said “yeah! My doctor said peanut butter is the healthiest thing for babies!!!” … I was about to spill my coffee on her head, and put my cigarette out in her eye and said “first of all, your doctor is a retard. Second, are you a goddamn baby???” … needless to say, the conversation ended quickly after that.

I am sick and tired of this shit, really. I do not consider myself a big dude at all, nor am I extremely lean… compared to pro bodybuilders, that is. To the general public, I’m pretty big and “ripped”. Ever since I hit 175 lbs contest weight, I had people telling me “don’t get bigger! You look perfect now! Really, don’t ruin your body.” Because it is somehow a well known fact that bigger muscles are very ugly (other than the FACT that they make your penis 4 inches smaller). Those same people kept watching me gain muscle and kept telling me the same thing.. “man! You look your best now! Seriously, don’t get bigger.”… now, you know what they say? “did you lose weight? I liked the way you looked before”… when I was around 215 lbs at 12-15% body fat. That’s what normal people liked best… If people didn’t like “big muscles” and low body fat (they like big muscles a lot more… most people can’t even tell the difference between 8% fat and 4%) they would not come and ask me for advice. They’d go and ask the 90 lb, 6’ tall marathon runner for some advice. Women wouldn’t come to me and ask me for advice if they didn’t like big muscles. Point being, AS FUCKING USUAL, more muscle, less fat, more body weight = Awesome body!!!

Let me address your typical crap right here…

for women and men, together... look... i'm sick and tired of the whole "i want to be thin" crap and i don't care what you think, but thin is ugly. is it my opinion? no... it's fucking fact. just as fat is ugly... thin is ugly... you want lean...
when you are skinny, you will have fat rolls on your stomach, and when you sit, it will fold up and look like a fucking triple deck cheeseburger... this is "skinny"




there is no dent above the navel, and all you see is a stick figure that looks like a 13 year old anorexic boy... yet still, you can see that the body is carrying a lot of fat...

now, notice the dent on top of the navel here... this is lean with muscle. when you sit on a chair, your fat rolls don't stack up because they don't exist in the first place!!! and you look "healthy" and not boney




and for the women... "ewwww... muscles are ugly on a woman!!!" here is AN EXTREME CASE of superhuman levels of muscle on a woman when she's at 12% (mind you, i have yet to see any woman in front of me with that low of a fat percentage... to this woman, it is a high offseason fat level..) she is considered huge... now look at how good her body looks... remember, this is an extreme case of "super muscle woman" without the use of (in my opinion) harsh androgenic steroids (maybe some mild anabolics)




look at her legs... those are considered huge (i bring this point up becasue i'll talk more about it in a minute)

now, lets see what she looks like at 6-7% fat (no female can achieve this without the use of androgenic steroids with a shit ton of aromatase inhibitors... basically kills the estrogen in the body)... If you're looking for "sexy", don't look at the extreme detail of muscle, look at the curves and shape of the body... gaining fat, getting off the juice, and getting in some sodium will make her have almost the same shape, but look smoother and without all the muscle definition








Now, about the legs (quads)... women are fucking retarded when it comes to this shit... when you say "My legs are so huge. they have a lot of muscle on them. i want to find a way to get rid of all this muscle." i cannot take you seriously... really... you have fat legs... the amount of fat on your legs (if they are big) is probably unimaginable... probably 4-5 inches thick... if you lipo'd your quads, you'd probably end up with skinny toothpicks. really, i'm being serious here. this woman has huge, ripped muscular quads... look a tthe first picture... and they have some fat on them. that's how they look like... Please don't think you have "huge muscular legs" unless your quads look like this... you dumb asses... this is called BEEF!!!





look, you dumbasses... i've noticed that the first thing a person does when you ask them "what do you think about his/her physique?" the first thing they do is look at the face... if they have an ugly face they say "ekh... they look horrible... who'd want to look like that?"...

yeah... just curl those 25 lb dumbbells for 20 reps, and bench 135 lbs everyday and you'll look like that... but don't take creatine!!! cuz then you'll get bigger than him, and women don't like that. please, take a second to look at his calvicle width... the bone that connects his shoulders... look at how wide that shit is... even if he never worked out, and he was "skinny/fat" he'd be as wide and as big as a house. but people don't know that shit... they think it's easy...

people think this is easy... and just going to the gym for 3 months, "not eating a lot", and "a couple of protein shakes and aminos" will turn them into this guy... let me tell you something... you can only dream of having a body like that with the kind of work and mentality you are putting into it. you will never have this kind of body unless you are smart, have good genes, and know your chemicals... now you will say "no, i don't want to look like that"... yeah, sure, and i don't want to have 500 million dollars in my account...
and if women say "ekh, that's gross"... i'd like to see them say that when they're at the beach and this guy walks next to them... let's be serious... we want to put imaginary standards of fat or skinny being good and muscular and lean being bad, but we can't defy nature.


in the end... you are fat, and you always will be unless you really start using that blob of jello that's filling the cavity in your skull called a brain.
And surgery... surgery ALWAYS looks bad WHEN YOU GET NAKED!!!... with clothes on, it'll hide all the shit... naked, you'd look like an abomination... unless it's a really good boob job... that would get my two thumbs up :)

    With muscles on you, people will always look jealous when they see you…you and I know this for grant…other wise explain to me why the fuck more than 90% of men keep staring at me when I’m walking in a mall!!!!
    However, some people are still not there…for example I asked one of my friends: would you rather look like Dennis Wolf or Mohammad?? Mohammad is a fat midget who seriously looks like he has a pickup truck tire hidden under his shirt from the fat he carries around…what the hell do you think his answer was!!!!??? He was like of course like Mohammad!!!! :S WTF!!!!!!!!! Oh and he was a fat ass himself!!

    If you would ask 100 guys "would you love to have this body!!" I bet you that more than 95% would say HELL YEA...but when it comes to the real deal they back off...because they wont handle the effort...and I've seen guys who cant handle the dieting but still come to the gym hopelessly...I swear to you years and they are still looking the same and some look even worse!!! why do you think that is!!! Mark my words...the number of those men is increasing and will keep increasing because more become aware that this is the most attractive look ;)
    just like what I said in my comment...I swear to you I'm not even like that guy in the picture but I still have a nice built body and when I'm walking around any place I see men staring at me with their eyes...more like staring at my chest or arms!!! why do u think that is!!!! they like the look...If I had a freaky size then I would tell you yea maybe they are either disgusted or surprised but no I can tell by the look what they are saying...
    What you think, in your opinion and I totaly respect that, is a waste of energy is more like a fun thing to do for other people...the best times are the times I spend at the gym...when you see your muscles growing with time!!! Nothing feels better than that.
    Bottom line...most men would die for such a kick ass body ;)
    Besides if you read Hamad's article right you would've read it when he said if you are fat and you like it then good for you and I envy you...or whatever he said.

    let me explain this in a simple way... if i said that you don't even have to work hard... no no... you don't even have to work at all to look like that. just say "i wanna look like that" and you will... would you say those words to look like that, or say "no, i wanna stay like this and look out of shape and pudgy"...?
    that is what i was trying to explain.
    I am not trying to sound vain, because with all honesty, i think i'm ugly, i'm bald, my goatee looks like overgrown pubic hair, i'm short, i'm not rich, i'm not smart, and IMHO my physique sucks ass, yet i still get stranger asking me if they could take a picture of my biceps... random people at the beach in malaysia asking me to pose... Hell, i got hit on by a girl WHEN I WAS WITH MY WIFE!...
    now tell me, is that a bad thing? if i did not have this body, would those things happen?

    look at it this way... If i complained day and night to all my friends about how i don't have any money, i'm poor... blah blah blah, yet i get paid just as much as they do but i spend all my money on stupid shit... what would you think they'd say? they'd give me advice on how to save it, how to do more at my job or start up a new business to get more money... work harder, work smarter, save up, have some self control... and then i could be rich. If i say "fuck working hard. it's stupid to say everyone wants to be rich. i'm content with what i have and how i live." and then complain some more... then i say "why waste time and effort on trying to save. it's not worth it".... and then someone came along and said "here's 10 million dollars... do you want them?" ... am i gonna say "no, i'm just fine with what i have" or am i gonna say "FUCK YEAH I WANT IT!!!"?

    do you understand what i'm saying here?
    if you could wake up tomorrow and look like that guy in the picture... no strings attached, no effort required... just sleep, wake up and look like him... would you want that?

    see, this is why i said "you have to love doing it"... when i go to the gym, it's not a chore... some people play Xbox becasue it's fun, right? working out, to me, is more fun than playing Xbox. I love working out. and if it weren't counter productive to workout for 4 hours in a row, i would've been doing that.

    again, don't misunderstand me... i'm not saying this is how you SHOULD look. i'm saying that this is how ALMOST everyone wants to look like (i know bandar and i don't want to look like that :D). just like i'm not saying that you SHOULD be a millionaire, but ALMOST everyone wants to be a millionaire (i said almost because there are already some people who are billionare... it would suck to just be a millionaire after that :D)

    I lifted wights before, i watched alot of TV shows, i played vedio games(well not Xbox, PS instead) ... i did all of that... the end result: I work at a contracting company with a modest salary (I am an Electrical Engineer) which is more than fine (but i am just an engineer who do modest work and simple design, where the job of an engineer should be more advance designs ... building muscles is a weak goal and short sited ... to have a body like in the picture may be nice to alot of people but it's a weak goal to seek ... we should seek more higher goals ... a goal of being rich is AWOSOME and it's how people should think ... but i can be rich by opening junk food resturants or by designing a computer application for designing houses ... IQ does not really matter, but where our thoughts are directed is what matters ...
    when 95% of the population would like to have that body, its fine but its not really a proud goal to seek. maybe i'm complicating stuff or you may say i am philosiphying ... maybe i am but i certainly know that if one of your goals to build muscles then it will take alot of your thoughts where it should be directed somewhere else.
    As i said, this is my personal opinion and this is what i believe ... there is nothing as personal preferense ... personal preferense is created out of bordom where we tend to choose our lifestyle ... adding muscle mass as a life style is a choice some will take. It is good and fine and nothing is wrong with that (seriously, nothing is wrong with gaining muscles. As a matter of fact, it's healthy), but I BELIEVE why should we care about how our body looks. As long as we are THIN and FIT then we are healthy and defintly we will feel light and productive and use the energy in something "intertaining" but valiable. Please do not feel offended, i have couple of friends who are bodybuilders and i talk about these issues with them. thats where the brooses in my face came from :) ... i understand your post and this post is not a reply to yours. it's is just something i want to write.

    As a human being, one cant really change the way one thinks..cant change ones attitudes and mental make up...probably the only thing one CAN change and alter is the physical shape of one's body.
    When I go to the gym or prepare my meals and worry about my caloric intake and macronutrient ratios, I feel like Michaelangelo sculpting his masterpiece "David". Its very sad that u feel its a frivolous task, unworthy of your time and effort. Im curious..would u even then say that learning an instrument or a language is a waste of time and we should all rather focus on more "important" goals in life?.
    I know its just your opinion...but its wrong...

    Being thin and fit is a goal worth seeking (i would take care of my food intake counting the calories and the proportions and go to the gym)... but being muscular is not ... learning a language or an instrument is a valiable goal. but, gaining muscles in not a valiable goal.

    We can change how we think. We can change our mental makeup. It all depends on choices. Acually we exist to think. I have the right to think and come up with ideas and opinions. My opinion is that gaining mucsles is a bad choice.

    gaining muscles is a sport ... there are people out there who like sports and choose what suites them. Some choose tennis, football, karate, judo, bodybuilding. some like you don't like sports so you choose to do something else. it is as simple as that, do not complicate stuff.

    After he started this hobby I sat down with him and freaked out when he started opening his mouth talking about all that stuff...Doctors doesn’t even talk in such a scientific way!!! What you read in his blog is the simplified version of what people need to know…yet you still get dumb asses who doesn’t get it…This hobby got him carious and he started reading and learning...

    I agree most bbers are dumb!! But its short sighted to generalize and make such a judgment...exactly like has a dumb rich drug dealer and a smart rich business man!!!

    I've seen dumb Phd students, body builders, fat asses. Also, i've seen smart Phd students, body builders, fat asses. There is no correlation between the life style a person pursue and his level of intelligence. I know a Phd guy who wrote 2 books in the area of Petroleum Engineering and he is a first class bodybuilder. also, i know an extremely obese person who can write a complicated application in a week. Intelligence and highly educated ppl in all areas come in different shapes, mind sets, languages, interest ... it is extremely difficult to judge by the end of the day. Each person pursue the lifestyle he thinks that works for him.

    OK maybe Hamad is exceptional ... In general, all of the bodybuilders i know are ignorant. They have nothing to do so they spend their time building mass. if you ask MOST of the bodybuilders to study math of physics or even religion or geography, They would rather watch football match or watch boxing or watch a TV show ... It's not personal preference it's laziness ... people don't appreciate knowledge anymore and they see it pointless ... this i see alot around me. The result is "building muscles + TV shows + newspapers + reading a silly book ", but not "math + programming + geography + history + religion " ... I'm a social person and i know ALOT of people from different levels ... to get away from knowledge, build hobbies with no meaning is common ... now this has nothing to do with smartness ... all what it takes to study is time and the book "Anyone can do that, it does not require a special person" but most will not " cuz it's easy to stay ignorant.

    One more thing ... once i was searching for a book in torrent about parallel programming, only one seed where a book about "How to raise dogs" has 2000 seeds ... peoples interest is falling by the day ... do you see where i'm heading? ... All the people i know would rather talk about "LOST" or "24" of whatever but not talk about classic knowledge ... they want a quick jock to pass the day and sleep for the next ... life quality is deteriorating and people creating more interest in bodybuilding, TV shows, Opera, the best singer ... but never discuss knowledge that we learn in school ... some come to believe that school makes you dumb and a person should learn from life TOTALY but not from books ... the thing is those people who think school makes you dumb succeed in life cuz they network with similar interest people ... that's why when you talk to them they never listen cuz they are successful ...

I didn't want to say anything at first, but after a couple of your posts... come on man! you want people to be interested in the sciences and put more effort into education because it's a "strong goal", yet you haven't even read my post thoroughly and didn't get the "goal" of my post. how can i not respond to that?

    I am a petroleum engineer working in the largest oil company in the world. I make good money. I graduated from one of the most fucked up (difficulty wise) universities i've ever known with a pretty good GPA. I spend most of my time with my wife, family, and friends... bodybuilding takes up exactly 25 minutes of my life per day, 5 days per week. Besides that, i make a shit ton of money training people. I actually save time, money, and my health by cooking all my meals at home and preparing them ahead of time. This is what i've been trying to preach for years. that no matter what you do, you can always have time to get a great body while doing what you do. being "thin and fit" is really:
    1- not a goal
    2- bullshit way to say i'm lazy but i have a fast metabolism

    tell me, how long are you gonna do cardio to stay "thin and fit"? the true thin and fit people i know are marathon runners... 2-3 hours a day of jogging... to look like a somalian refugee? fuck no... you can do 25 minutes worth of work and look much better.

    Going back to you not reading my post... did you read the part where i said "If you don’t give a shit about how ugly your body is, you don’t complain, you don’t want to do anything about it, and you are fine with it all… GOOD FOR YOU!!! "
    did you not understand that part? I never even told what i'm about to say to my close friends because i hate people who brag about shit no one gives a damn about, but in this case, it's relavent. do you know how many supervisors and general supervisor i've had come up to me and tell me how miserable they feel when they're in the shower, look down, and see that belly? do you know how many of them want to actually have muscle and burn off all that fat?
    My current general supervisor was around 400 lbs, he lost a lot of weight in a bad way (the usual way... where you waste twice the time and do 10x the effort to look like absolute shit) and now his tits are sagging down to his navel. he came to me and asked for advice on how to get rid of it... and i told him the truth, and he was shocked! do you know how many people (from the top of society to the bottom) have spent an enormous amount of time and effort just to TRY and look lean and muscular and ended up looking like a saggy sack of shit? THESE ARE THE PEOPLE I AM TALKING ABOUT!!!
    now that you know who i'm addressing this to (and not out of shape people who see it as a bad goal), let's look at the message i'm trying to send... what you are making my message look like is that i'm trying to tell everyone to quit their jobs and studies and just go to the gym and camp there. Excuse me, but that's not what i expected the guy who promotes "a higher educational goal" to think. My message was:
    1- you wanna look good? you have to know what looks good. muscle and low body fat
    2- you want muscle and low body fat? you have to know how to achieve it
    3- If you don't believe me, look at how people react when they see someone with muscle and low bodyfat.
    4- do it like everyone else does it, and you'll get the same results as everyone else, saggy fat and no muscle.

    that's just to simplify it for people who get confused if they read more than 2 paragraphs in a row.

    in bodybuilding, when you say "genetics", you mean a couple of things:

    1- proportion and symmetry:
    naturally, a person is born with predetermined muscle insertion points and shape. this will determine whether you will have, say, short head biceps, or long head biceps, wide waist,tiny waist, high lats or low lats... plus you have bone length... this will determine someone's width and "shape" (i can't find another word to describe it). some people have long legs and a short torso, some the opposite. all of these thigns fall under the category of proportion and they cannot be changed. so, if someone has a long head bicep, he can't say "i'm gonna do concentration curls to get a bigger bicep peak" because he won't have a peak to begin with.

    2-Muscle response to training:
    You can think of this as being the smart child or the stupid child. you are born with that kind of IQ and then you develop it from where you started. some muscles are smart. when you train, they understand the message quickly (this is overly simplifying the issue here) and try to recover, adapt and grow as fast as possible. some muscles are stupid... you train and they say "what?"... nothing happens... 2, 3 times, then they say "oh... yeah... i'm gonna have to adapt"... so they have slow response. this also falls under the category of genetics

    3- insulin sensitivity

    the more sensitive your muscles are to insulin, the better nutrient partioning you'll have in favor of muscles.

    4- PTOR (protein turn over rate)
    your body breaks down protein on a non-stop basis. some douchebag came up with a number of 1.872xlean body mass in lbs. i believe that's total bullshit. because it's different from person to person, and muscle to muscle. YES, muscles break down at a different rate. this is apart in my case if you look at the october 3rd pictures... my chest was the most muscle that atrophied because it had the highest PTOR. some people have a low PTOR and it's equal around all muscles. So, they build muscles quicker, and they don't lose them as fast, and if they build or lose them, they do it proportionally. again, you are born with this and it's not something you can fix. this is also why some people do not lose any muscle while dieting down for a show and go down to 3.5% fat without muscle loss... and others lose a ton of muscle no matter what they do.

    4- Drug response

    this is ofcourse for the chemically enhanced bodybuilder. you have a number of androgen receptors in your muscle cells... the larger the number, the better you will respond to the drug. also, there are a ton of other issues that i don't feel like explaining (cortisol, SHBG, free testosterone, GH and IGF-1 secretion... etc) that fall under this category.



    and that's what i mean by genetics :)

The statement that almost all bodybuilders are ignorant is a retarded generalization and, coincidentally, blatant hypocrisy seeing as you are the one ignoring the fact that bodybuilders come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and IGNORANCE LEVELS!!

    I am in college right now and I can tell you for certain that going to the gym would be one of the more positive things that I can do to relieve stress and take a break from studying... see how education and physical activity work together?

    Bottom line is, until you have a real argument and not just some random ranting of "oh bodybuilders...ignorant...wasting their time! Let's do math instead!" you should not go around spouting your "opinion" because it's not even a correctly formulated one at this point... why don't you try working out for a while and then come back? I respect the fact that you feel a certain way, but really man, it's not even based on anything substantive.

    Its basically just insecurity. This happens all the time..a "normal" person sees a person with an impressive physique, thinks about how good he looks..what a presence he has..all the attention he gets..the immense self esteem he must have...not to mention strength and possibly even stamina..and then he looks at himself..and sees none of it, and knows that it will take immense hard work and sacrifice to reach that level, and so starts thinking, "hmm..how do I put this guy down?..how do I disparage his efforts?". So the most likely point of target is the bodybuilders intellect..rather, the lack of it.
    People just tend to assume that since a person is so physically gifted, his creator MUST have taken something out from the upstairs department. That is SOO not the case..take the case of probably the BEST bodybuilder ever..Arnold Schwarzenegger. He was INCREDIBLY intelligent..and diligent in whatever he did. He achieved almost every goal he put his mind to..and dont be surprised if u see him in the white house some day.

    I just read your blog and it is the most honest, truthful assessment of body sculpting that I have ever read. I agree with everything you said, honestly. I consider my body and mind to be my personal laboratory and, I belive, any human being that is not curious to understand what is possible/achievable in regards to mental and physical perfection is a retard and will NOT (due to their mental disability) understand what you're talking about.

    I appreciate your courage in sharing your views and experiences through your blog. I have a few experiences of my own and you just inspired me to share them as well.
