Saturday, April 26th (Day2)
woke up feeling pretty good (that's what 9 hours of sleep would do to you), and as hungry as shit. gobbled down my eggs like they were nothing. drank my fybogel and headed to work. I did not mention supplements, cuz i'm not taking many. just a multi vitamin, and more i will mention in a minute. 2 hours after i reached work and i was fucking starving. was feeling dizzy all day... like low blood sugar dizzy. drank my protein, liquid aminos, and ate my sandwich at 12... 12:07 and i was starving again. got home at 4:50 (had to drop my wife at her friends house), took 2 caps of Burn AM by scifit (basically caffeine, yohimbine hcl, and synepherine), 30 mg of ephedrine hcl, and 300 mg of aspirin and went out to do my cardio. 65 minutes of jogging and walking (i jog til i can't breathe anymore, then walk til i catch my breath)... it was 5 miles. so, about an average speed of 4.6 mph. came back home, drank a blueberry canadian dry (calorie free), went to pick up mariam... at 7:45 pm ate my 3 chicken breasts, zucchinis, and drank an equivalent to 25 grams of carbs of sugar free apple juice (forgot to buy apples), and about 2 tbsp of bbq sauce. was done with dinner at 7:52 pm, and was starving by 7:53 pm.... the hunger pains are unbareable. but i gotta live with them. it's 8:12 pm right now, gonna drink some fybogel at 9 pm and head to bed.
after 2 cardio sessions (yesterday and today) and low carb for 2 days... i feel flat... i guess it's all in my head... my vains are gone... and my skin looks thicker (muscles are flatter)... tomorrow, the real workout starts. i've tried it before a couple of years back, and the shit is painful.
I don't remember the munira gym having an eliptical trainer... probably gonna do cardio on the bike after the workout. i don't want to tire my legs out since monday is my leg day.
stay tuned for more crap
Allah yisahhel 3alaik in sha Allah..
ReplyDeletewhat's fybogel? :)
it's a fiber supplement you can find at any pharmacy. it's basically psyllium husks with orange flavoring (3.5 grams per sachet). It says ispaghula husks on the pack... did some research and found out that it's a different name for psyllium husks... but when i tried it (i take 7 grams a day), it worked alot better than when i took 12-15 grams of psyllium husks...
ReplyDeletebest fiber supp out there... just give it a go... it'll start working after the 3rd or 4th day. not very expensive either. 12 riyals for 10 sachets. so basically it's cheaper than buying psyllium husks from GNC
