Monday, April 28th (Day 4)
today was a very long day... i'm drinking alot of water and fluids... so i wake up once or twice at night to go pee pee... that fucks up my whole night... anyway... ate my eggs and shit when i woke up.. took burn and ephedrine... went to work... drank my protein and ate my pb sandwich at 12:30 pm... had lots of shit to do today... was very pressed for time... took my No-Xplode, ephedrine, and burn at 4:30... reached the gym at 5:20 pm... took me 70 minutes to finish the workout (no cardio)... and here it is:
squat... warm up with 135 lbs, 25 reps for 2 sets
315 lbs x 20 reps (feet close together, as in they're touching)
315 lbs x 18 reps (feet shoulder width)
225 lbs x 10 reps (feet more than shoulder width apart, squating ass to the grass)
leg press (feet touching)
3 plates per side x 20 reps x 3 sets
my legs felt like someone scraped the skin off and poured lemon juice and salt on them
dumbbell walking lunges
40 lb dumbbells x 28
35 dumbbells x 22
standing calf raises (feet more than shoulder width apart)
150 lbs x 20 reps
125 lbs x 20 reps
stiff legged deadlifts
40 lb dumbbells x 12 x 3 sets
bicep machine preacher curls
90 lbs x 20 reps
70 lbs x 16 reps
50 lbs x 18 reps
at this point my forearms started cramping and locking up...
alternate bicep curls
35 lbs x 12 reps x 2 sets
concentration curls
20 lbs x 15 reps x 2 sets
my forearms kept cramping up real bad and had to stretch them for 2-3 minutes... not much of a pump on biceps... but it felt "painful"... a tight feeling in the muscle... but no pump
straight bar push down
i don't know how much the plates weighed, but i was at 10... 20 reps, 18 reps, 12 reps
my triceps started getting some blood flowing in them... then they started locking up and straightening my arms... i had to use my other arm to bend it when that happened... sucked pretty bad
dumbbell overhead extensions
20 lb dumbbells, 15 reps x 2 sets
rope extensions
7 plates (don't know how much that is) x 18 reps, 12 reps, 5 reps
at this point, i felt like peeing, puking, and fainting... my arms were getting cramps really bad, and my lips were shaking uncontrollably (that means 3/4 of my face was shaking)...
could barely walk back to the car...
went to the grocery store next to the gym and got a diet cream soda... gulped that thing like it was nothing...
i just had dinner after running a couple of erands and shit... chicken, apple juice, and zucchinis... drank my fybogel (btw, i don't think i have to mention this every time.. i have 2 fybogels a day... 1 after breakfast and one after or before dinner)
i can't wait for wednesday... get some sugar in me... tomorrow i have cardio... i gotta take ruffles to the vet... and i have to renew my "civilian status" card (i think that's a good transelation) because they froze my fucking bank account... so it's gonna be another long day...

fybogel is a fiber supplement (ispaghulla husks... or better known as psyllium husks). you just empty a sachet in a water bottle and drink (3.5 grams or ispaghulla husks in a sachet)... it's very cheap and convenient since i don't have a lot of veggies in my diet (and i don't eat a lot of them cuz they're fucking expensive these days and not worth the "natural healing effects" :))
ReplyDeleteIt's kinda like metamucil. actually, it's the same thing. metamucil is psyllium husks if i'm not mistaken.
Looks like hardcore work.. by the way, is there a reason your crossing the 20 mark on number of reps?
ReplyDeleteyes... glycogen depletion. this workout is not a hypertrophy workout. the high reps are to build up lactic acid (more GH released), and burn off all the glycogen in the liver and the muscle tissue. this will make it easier to go into light ketosis, and it will give the body a reason to burn off fat.

I want to enjoy a workout "BUT" I dont want to lose wieght... I want to sculp my "temple" but I DONT WANT TO LOSE WIEGHT...DID I MENTION I DON'T WANT TO LOSE WIEGHT:)
