Sunday
left work a bit early at 3:15 pm... reached home at around 4:10 pm. took my epehdrine, aspirin, and Burn... 30 grams of liquid aminos and headed to the gym. trained back and biceps (no calves)... did the same routine i wrote out yesterday except for the calves. did 30 minutes of cardio and headed home. drank my shake with 100 ml heavy cream and 46 grams whey isolate. felt really tired for some reason and looked like shit. drank around 7 liters of water that day. went to pick up my wife late at night (9:45), didn't have time to make eggs, so i just drank another whey isolate shake with 3 tbsp natural peanut butter.
Monday
4:45 am
woke up... wanted to do cardio... got off of the bed and said no fucking way... my ankle felt like it was about to snap. it hurt so bad and it still keeps on clicking every time i move it.
in the morning i looked like crap. totally depleted, no veins, no fullness, skin and fat hanging down... felt like ass. weighed in at about 87 kg so i know there's no way on earth i'm gonna make it in the light heavy's class. i have 2 options here:
1- show up weighing at around 85 kg completely flat with no veins, no pump, and look skinny and flabby
or
2- show up weighing 90 kg big, full, veiny, puffy, and fat...
since i was hungry and looked like crap... i chose option #2 :) ... so, i ate 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, with green peppers, onions, tomatoes... 2 slices whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp jelly, and 6 oreo cookies.
i'm gonna skip leg training today, and train them on thursday... that's the last day to train legs for me (before the contest, that is)... saturday and sunday will be depletion... monday i'll start loading on carbs (clean)... tuesday i'll cut them in half... wednesday will cut what i ate on tuesday in half, then shitload at night while drinking a ton of water. thursday i'll just sip on water and eat more crap... seriously, i shouldn't worry about water when i'm full of fat... so fuck it.
It's 8:20 am right now... i'm gonna drink a protein shake (46 whey isolate) at 9, and eat 6 more oreos... another shake at 2 pm with some peanut butter... when i get back home, i'll probably eat some eggs and oats
One thing i've noticed this week... this is the worst i've looked during the whole diet. why? well, my guess is that i dropped the cals too low. 1500 cals is just too fucking low. probably shouldn't go below 2400 next time.
I guess staying on low calories cant work for anyone...for me I think 2000 is my bottom line...below that is just a total muscle loss for sure especially that I get hungry as fast as a damn Z06 corvette with its 7.0 litters and 505hp engine...I just love that car :p
